Shipping & Returns
Orders may be canceled if they have not been processed. After they have been processed they may not be canceled.
Custom-made orders may not be canceled after payment.
If your order or shipping information is incorrect, it is not necessary to cancel. Simply contact firstname.lastname@example.org with the correct information. We may be able to make the change if the item has not been shipped yet.
All orders are subject to a handling period (e.g. printing) before shipment, usually 2-4 business days. Handcrafted and custom-made items may take up to 6 business days.
You will then receive notification of both processing and shipment. In many instances, we are shipping from our warehouses in either the destination country or overseas.
If from a domestic warehouse, please expect another 3-6 days from the shipping date to receive your order.
If from an overseas warehouse, please expect another 15-30 days (15 days average, 30 days if delayed) from the shipping date to receive your order, with the following exceptions:

Please take these into account, especially if you are buying a gift.
A tracking number is always available, and you can use it to look up the status of the parcel from the Parcel Tracking page.
If tracking indicates your item is delivered and you cannot locate it, we cannot reship or refund until our shipping company approves a loss claim. We do not reship or refund items marked "delivered" under any circumstances.Please make sure you provide the correct shipping address. We can not be held responsible for items shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the buyer. In such cases, the buyer will be responsible for any additional shipping fees incurred to ship to the correct address.
In some cases, international shipments may require import / customs taxes / tariffs be paid. Our shipping partners may declare only the cost of goods sold (COGS) and include such invoice to avoid incurring these taxes.
However theses taxes will be the responsibility of the buyer under ALL CIRCUMSTANCES. We will not be held responsible for import / customs taxes / tariffs.
The following are not eligible for returns and refunds.
- Custom-made or made to order items.
- Gift cards
Please take note that what you see on the product image (e.g. color, size) may differ from the actual product due to the brightness or contrast of your monitor screen.
Nevertheless, if you encounter a problem with your order, we are willing to work with you.
Our guarantee lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your receipt of the item, we take it as you are reasonably satisfied with the item, and thus we cannot offer you a return, refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

For return unrelated to quality issues, you will be responsible for paying for the shipping costs of returning the item.
If you are shipping an item of value over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
There are certain situations where no or partial refunds are granted:
- Items with obvious signs of misuse.
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Any item that is returned more than 40 days after delivery.
- Any refund request on the grounds of late delivery.
Refunds & Exchange (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund or exchange request.
If your request is approved, it will be processed.
You may elect
- for a refund to be automatically applied to your credit card or the original method of payment.
- to send a gift card of the same value to you or to the recipient of the gift.
- to ship a replacement to you or the recipient.
Your bank or credit card company may take 5-10 days to process a refund, if you do not see the refund posted on two consecutive credit card statements, please contact us at email@example.com
If due to exchange rate difference or bank charges, the refund to your credit card is reduced, we may give you a gift card to cover the difference.
