For Art Prints

Before picking a size, we urge you to check if you can pick up a frame that matches the size. You can shop for a frame from a local store, IKEA or an online store such as Amazon. Do check out our framing guide here.

If you wish to use a mat board (mount) to showcase the artwork, you should pick a frame of next size up. The mat board that comes with the frame should have a viewing window slightly (around 1cm) smaller than the artwork size.

Your store should be able to cut a mat for you if the frame you pick does not come with a mat. Just give them the sizes of the artwork.

As a working example,

for an art print of 20cm x 25cm (8" x 10") size, buy a 28cm x 36cm frame that comes with a mat board with window size 19cm x 24cm (or 7.5" x 9.5").

For Canvas

The size refers to the gallery wrapped canvas size. The real size includes the margins on each side and is about 8~10cm longer.
